Delivery
Every Luna piece is made to order in our own factory in Bali. Here is how ordering and delivery work, wherever you are.
How ordering works
- Enquire. Message us on WhatsApp or send the contact form with the piece you like, your country and any changes you want (size, finish, colour).
- Get your quote. We confirm the price, the lead time and the payment terms in writing.
- We make it. Your piece is built by our artisans. Lead time is typically 4–8 weeks, and we confirm the exact timing in your quote.
- Delivery. Once it is ready, delivery is arranged as described below.
Delivery in Bali
We arrange transport through a local carrier. Delivery is charged per trip, so the price depends on where you are and what you are ordering. Tell us your address and we will include it in your quote.
Delivery in Java
Your order travels with a transport, cargo or shipping company such as JNE or DHL.
International delivery
You deal directly with the cargo company. If you do not have one, we are happy to recommend providers we know.
Please note that we do not handle packaging or the paperwork for transport, customs and other formalities. Your cargo company takes care of these.
